GPCAAC’s annual fundraising event brings members, residents, artists, and art lovers from all over Ohio together at The Arts Garage for an evening to celebrate the thriving creative community that makes Ottawa County an inspiring place to live, work, and play.

The highly anticipated event includes an art auction with professional auctioneer, a live artist’s battle, musical entertainment and more. Up to 200 people are expected to attend and marketing efforts leading up to the event will reach thousands of residents and visitors to Northwest Ohio.

Call for Artists
We’re pleased to announce that the artist registration is now open for the Greater Port Clinton Area Art Council’s annual fundraiser. This year’s theme is Draws: Celebrating 50 years of summer blockbustersl We can't wait to see what summer movies from the last 50 years inspire you to create! The event and live auction will be hosted at The Arts Garage (TAG) in Port Clinton on Saturday, September 20th.
In order to showcase the impressive variety of talent in our community, only one piece per artist will be accepted for the auction this year. There are no restrictions on size, media or art form. Artists will receive a 20 percent commission on the sale of their artwork and can attend the auction event at a 50 percent discount.
Proceeds from the event go to funding the services and programs that GPCAAC provides throughout the year, including exhibitions, art classes and other public events, commissions and the upkeep of our cultural arts center, The Arts Garage.
