It is a pleasure to be an artist at The Arts Garage in Port Clinton. As an avid gardener with a fondness for all things pink and green, Julia has transformed her passion for flowers and painting into her favorite thing to do!
She primarily paints with acrylics, and is also developing an interest in oils. Passionate about color, similar to her cooking style, she believes there is no such thing as too much color or too much garlic. With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Interior Design from Purdue University, Julia has over thirty years of experience in planning, style, design and meeting with clients. She is also an active full-time Real Estate Agent with The Danberry Co.
Julia enjoys entertaining and setting the table with flowers from her garden. Her five grandchildren, all of whom are becoming talented artists, are her favorite guests at the lake! She particularly values the opportunities to collaborate, attend classes with fellow artists, and participate in community events at The Arts Garage, all of which enhance the beauty of lakeside living.
