New exhibit "Blue" coming to TAG on August 5!

The Greater Port Clinton Area Arts Council is proud to present the next exhibit at The Arts Garage, an array of artist’s works on parade entitled “Blue.”

Blue will feature the works of the resident artists at The Arts Garage (TAG), located in the city’s old street department garage on the west end of Port Clinton.

An opening reception for Blue will take place on Friday August 5, 2022 at 6pm at TAG. The public is invited to check out this unique show featuring some of Ottawa County’s most talented artists.

Artists featured include Rita Fields, Phil Stone, Shelby Bork, Kay Young, Andy Sacksteder, Steve Kelly, Linda Kelly, Dave Ostheimer, Susan Prentice, Jeff Jackson, Rick Dziak, Debra Sue Solecki, Bob Lawitzke, Karen Lehner, Stephanie Mortus, Lorrie Hedges, Jennifer Knott, Emily Kihlken, Kathie Widing, Sabine Bellgardt, Rosemary Schramm, Hannah Schelb, Nancy Pierce, Christian Maple and David Peltier.

Mediums range from abstract to realism and from pencil to oil.

Blue will be on display from August 5-31, 2022. Hours are Wednesday 11am-5pm, Thursday 11am-7/8pm, Friday 11am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Arts Garage is located in the old city street department garage at 317 W. Perry Street in Port Clinton, OH.

The GPCAAC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2009 to provide the communities of Ottawa County support in fostering a cooperative effort between artists and the public to promote the creative arts in our region.
